GROUP STRUCTURE and PRICING:

> We meet together online once a week for an hour

> Group size is between 6-8 parents

> Coaching is ongoing and runs in 4 week cycles*

> Initial commitment is one month; continuing is optional

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL GROUP COACHING SESSION LOOK LIKE?

We celebrate victories

Focusing on successes, even small ones, trains our brain to focus on assets, rather than deficits. This habit is a simple but powerful tool to create lasting change in your family. I share more details about why this matters during our first coaching session, but feel free to reach out if you'd like to know more before enrolling!

I introduce the topic

After celebrating victories, I spend about 10 minutes introducing practical strategies related to the weekly topic. Topics include homework struggles, overcoming math anxiety, and finding ways to make math more fun. Each group covers the same main topics, but information is customized based on input from the group members. There's always time for questions and to practice what we learned with each other.

Individual coaching time

The rest of the session is set aside for each member to get individualized help around a math topic of their choice. It can be related to the current topic or something that came up during the week. No question is ever too silly. Speaking up is never required, but always encouraged, since someone probably has the same question. You are not alone!
